The Case File Was Transferred To The Serang District Court, Nikita Mirzani, Who Was Immediately Tried

The Serang District Attorney (Kejari) said that the trial of Nikita Mirzani would soon be determined because the case file was complete. Head of Intelligence Section of the Serang Kejari, Rezkini Jusar, said that the Nikita Mirzani case file was transferred to the Serang District Court (PN).

"It has been handed over to Serang for trial," Jusar said via text message to VOI, Tuesday, November 8.

Jusar said that the transfer of case files was carried out on Monday, November 7.

"Last Monday (November 7, 2022)," he concluded.

Previously, it was reported that Nikita Mirzani was officially detained by the Serang District Attorney's Office (Kejari) after investigators from the Serang City Police Criminal Investigation Unit transferred files and evidence.

Nikita is suspected of defamation, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE).
