DKI Disrupts A Budget Of IDR 176 Billion For Financing DP Houses Of IDR 0

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has proposed a budget of IDR 176 billion for the Housing Financing Facility (FPPR) for the down payment program (Down Payment / DP) of IDR 0 in 2023."This is a non-permanent investment as an easy assistance to beneficiaries to access property through a banking scheme," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area Office Sarjoko in Jakarta, Antara, Thursday, November 3.The budget proposal was submitted by the DKI Provincial Government through the General Budget Policy (KUA) and the 2023 Provisional Budget Ceiling Priority (PPAS).The FPPR funds that have been managed by the Public Service Agency (BLU Housing Fund Management Unit (UPDP) amounted to Rp550 billion and have been disbursed as much as Rp254.8 billion for 948 beneficiaries of the Rupiah Zero DP program.Sarjoko explained that currently there is a remaining budget in the UPDP cash of Rp295.2 billion which will be used for financing assistance to beneficiaries for the residence of the Pondok Kelapa Swasana Tower, reaching 480 units and the Kanaya Pondok Kelapa Tower as many as 868 units.In principle, he said, the construction of the Rupiah Zero DP residential unit does not use APBD funds but is financed by developers, for example from BUMN, BUMD or private parties."What the DKI Provincial Government provides through the APBD is the FPPR which is a non-permanent investment as assistance for the convenience of the community," he said.Based on data from the DKI Public Housing and Settlement Area Office, the total realization of units with the Rupiah Zero DP scheme that has been built has reached 2,332 units.The units that have been built include the Samawa Tower in Nuansa Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta, reaching 780 units.Then in Bandar Kemayoran there were 38 units, Sentraland Cengkareng as many as 166 units and 1,348 units that had just been inaugurated, namely Swasana Tower in Pondok Kelapa and Cilangkap, East Jakarta.
