Although Still Constrained By Agunan, The Distribution Of KUR In Bangka Belitung Has Been Jangkau With 24,175 Creditors Worth Rp1.59 Trillion
PANGKALPINANG - Perbankan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung telah menyalurkan kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) Rp1,59 triliun hingga September 2022. Jumlah itu mengalir kepada 24,175 debitur.
"Every year the trend of KUR distribution continues to increase, to encourage the community's economy," said Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) of the Ministry of Finance of Babel Province, Edih Mulyadi, quoted by Antara, Monday, October 31.
He said banks in the Babel Islands Province until September this year had disbursed Rp1.59 trillion to 24,175 debtors spread across districts/cities. In detail, Bangka Regency 5,886 debtors with 352.95 distributions, West Bangka 3,830 debtors with 253.2 distributions.
KUR recipients in South Bangka are 2,930 debtors with 205.07 distributions, Central Bangka 2,507 debtors with 169.39 distributions, Belitung 3,894 debtors with 232.52 distributions, East Belitung with 2,285 debtors with 160.01 distributions, Babel with 35 debtors with 1.95 distributions and Pangkalpinang City with 2,808 debtors with 213,20 distributions.
"The realization of the highest KUR program is in Bangka, namely 5,886 debtors with 352.95 distributions," he said.
According to him, the obstacle in optimizing the distribution of KUR is the problem of gracefulness that must be conveyed to creditors.
"Agunan is still the main obstacle for MSMEs to receive access to financing," he said.
He added, in distributing KUR, distributors still need collateral as a moral obligation.
"The collateral requested is still below the credit value, while unsecured KUR can be given to super micro MSMEs or MSMEs who are assisted by distributors while still starting," he said.
