Minister Of PUPR: The Signing Of The Presidential Palace Project Contract At IKN This Week
JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono revealed that the signing of the contract for the presidential palace construction project in the National Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago will be carried out this week."For the presidential palace in IKN, you just want a contract this week," said Basuki in Jakarta, Antara, Monday, October 31.He added that development projects that are currently starting in IKN are like water infrastructure projects and workers' housing for construction.On the same occasion, Expert Staff of the Minister for Technology, Industry and Environment of the Ministry of PUPR Endra S. Atmawidjaja said that if there were no objections from the tender participants, the signing of the contract for the state palace construction project at IKN would be carried out this week."God willing, Wednesday or Thursday will depend on whether there is a rebuttal or not. If there is no rebuttal, God willing, we can sign the contract this week," said Endra.According to him, the determination of the winner of the state palace project has been carried out, but the Ministry of PUPR is still waiting to see whether there are objections or not from other tender participants. If it does not exist, it means that the Ministry of PUPR will continue the process by signing the project winner, which is then followed up with the issuance of a order to start work (SPMK).According to the official website of the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) of the Ministry of PUPR, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk or PT PP is the winner of the project to build the state palace building and ceremonial fields at the Presidential Palace Area in the State Capital.PT PP was chosen as the winner with an offering value of IDR 1.34 trillion from the total ceiling value of the project of IDR 1.5 trillion.Previously, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) had reviewed the infrastructure development of the capital city of the archipelago (IKN), in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan.President Jokowi said that a number of infrastructure projects such as dam construction, land development, and road access were running well.
