Tatang added, Arema FC considers that accelerating the implementation of the KLB is a form of accelerating transformation to determine a better road map for Indonesian football in the future. On that occasion, Tatang also expressed his gratitude for the extraordinary dedication to Gilang Widya Pramana who resigned from the position of President of the Arema FC Club. He hopes that Gilang can still contribute to Arema FC's progress. Currently, Tatang continued, management is still focused on handling the emergency response to the tragedy at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang Regency, which killed 135 people and accelerated KLB PSSI.

"Regarding structural management after the resignation of the club president, it is possible that we still need a long time to discuss it. The thing that is also important, now we are also focusing on accelerating the KLB in the federation so that football returns to normal," he added. Previously, PSSI decided to accelerate the implementation of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) after holding an Exco emergency meeting at the PSSI Office, Jakarta, Friday night, October 28. The acceleration of the KLB, which normally will be held in November 2023, is to prevent divisions among its members. According to the PSSI Statute, a congress was held if there was a written request from 50 percent or 2/3 of the total number of PSSI members. Then, the KLB will be carried out three months after PSSI received the request.
