The Testimony Of The Cyber Bareskrim Timsus: Two Hours Of CCTV Recording Shows The Surviving Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Member of the special team (timsus) of the Cyber Crime Directorate of the National Police, Aditya Cahya, said that the CCTV footage that was confiscated by Kompol Baiquni Wibowo lasted two hours. The recording features Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J while still alive at Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

The testimony began when the Public Prosecutor (JPU) questioned the evidence confiscated from Kompol Baiquni Wibowo.

Then, Aditya said he knew it. It is stated that the contents of the evidence are in the form of a hard disk, namely the activity that occurred at Ferdy Sambo's house.

Where, the footage was taken from the CCTV DVR installed at the security post of the Duren Tiga Complex.

"From external hard drives, we can get CCTV video clips with a duration of approximately 2 hours. 4 to 6 pm. On July 8, 2022, we will go to Pak Ferdy Sambo's house," Aditya said in court, Thursday, October 27.

The prosecutor began to search Aditya regarding the recorded activities. Including, regarding whether or not there was a recording that denied the murder of Brigadier J.

"Oh no ( Brigadier J's record was killed, ed). So there only shows when the PC's mother arrives, at the time of Pak Ferdy Sambo's arrival," he said.

"Even there, it was shown that Yosua was still there, still visible in the video footage when Pak Ferdy Sambo arrived at the location. That's an outline," he continued.

Hearing that answer, the prosecutor confirmed the condition of Brigadier J in the recording. Aditya said that at that time Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat was still alive.

"Yosua the victim is still alive?" asked the prosecutor.

"Still," said Aditya.
