Henry Yoso Calls The Testimation Of The Security Of The Duren Tiga Police Complex Is Not Right
JAKARTA - Attorney AKP Irfan Widyanto, Henry Yosodiningrat said that if the testimony given by witness Abdul Zapar as security for the Duren Tiga Police Complex, South Jakarta, was not true.
He said this was because Abdul Zapar said that his client was blocking him from reporting to the head of the RT, when Irfan Widyanto wanted to replace the CCTV DVR.
But actually, his client at that time had given permission to report to the head of the RT. At that time AKP Irfan came on Saturday, July 9, at 15.00 WIB, then came back at 18.00 WIB.
They said they wanted to change CCTV, he said I asked for permission from the RT first. They gave me the opportunity, so then please ask permission, we go home. Then at 6 pm they came back again. After returning, then they changed it (CCTV)," said Henry in front of the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, October 26.
"There were three hours that were given, there were three hours, it turned out that he did not take advantage of three hours. This means that he lied if he was prevented and was not given the opportunity to report to Mr. RT, right, or asked for permission from Mr. RT," he continued.
Henry admitted that he had asked AKP Irfan Widyanto if there was a threat. He said he had never threatened the security guard of the Duren Tiga Police Complex.
"I asked if there was a threat or not? It turned out that there was no threat either. This means that I concluded from the testimony of this witness that they did not come with threats, did not force them, did not prohibit them from asking for permission from Mr. RT. that's all the points," he concluded.
Previously, it was reported that Abdul Zapar as the Secretariat of the Duren Tiga Police Complex testified the obstruction case of the investigation (Obstruction of Justice) of the defendant AKP Irfan Widyanto.
He revealed that at that time there were 3-5 police officers intending to replace the DVR with the excuse of improving the quality of the image. At that time, Abdul had wanted to report to the head of the RT, regarding a police officer who wanted to replace the DVR.
After he wanted to change the DVR, I came out asking for permission to report to the RT and they came to me "Where are you going, sir? I want to report to the RT because I want to change the DVR," said Abdul Zapar in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, October 26.
"Well, no, sir, we just want to improve the picture," he continued.
