Fadil said that his party continues to explore the motives of the perpetrators and whether they are affiliated with the organization.

Polda Metro Jaya has a special task force to investigate and prevent acts of terror. The Kapolda stated that there was nothing to worry about.

"Polda Metro Jaya also has a regional task force to explore activities related to terror, the point is that people don't have to worry about the conducive situation in Jakarta, we are able to prevent it," he said.

Three members of the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Police on Tuesday morning at around 07.00 WIB arrested a woman who pointed an FN firearm at a Paspampres personnel.

An unidentified woman about 25 years old walked from Harmoni to Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara. Right in front of the entrance to the Merdeka Palace, he immediately pointed an FN firearm at the Paspampres.

The Traffic Police personnel who witnessed the incident immediately stopped the action concerned and secured the gun.

The person concerned was then taken to the Mako Polda Metro Jaya and handed over to the Sub-Directorate of State Security (Sub-Directorate of Kamneg) of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya for questioning.

In addition, police investigators will also investigate the origin of the gun. Polda Metro Jaya involves the Police Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) to investigate whether the gun was a factory-made gun or a homemade pistol.
