The 4th Day Of Trade Expo Indonesia Made A Trade Agreement 42.32 Million US Dollars
JAKARTA - Director General of National Export Development Didi Sumedi ensures that support for business actors continues to be carried out so that Indonesia's non-oil and gas export value increases.
This support was realized in 31 trade deals worth USD 42.32 million.
The trade agreement was made in the 37th Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) arena. One of the products transacted is halal products.
The signing of this trade agreement was carried out with trading partners from 11 countries held at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Banten, Saturday, October 22.
"The total value of 31 trade agreements was recorded at 42.32 million US dollars. Transactiond products include food and beverage products; care products; herbal supplements; fashion; organic fertilizer; spices; and halal products," Didi said, quoted Monday, October 24.
Didi added that the trading partners came from Malaysia, Egypt, Hungary, Australia, the United States, Japan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia.
One of the agreements was made by Mustika Ratu with trading partners from the US, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the UAE whose signing was witnessed by Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan directly on the same day.
The contract value is USD 400,000.
Furthermore, said Didi, there are also three countries carrying out trade returns with Indonesia, namely South Korea, Nigeria, and Ghana.
The total value of the signing on the first day of TEI 2022, October 19 was worth 1.19 billion US dollars, the second day, October 20 worth 261 million US dollars, the third day, October 21 totaled 376 million US dollars, and the fourth day 22 October, the total value reached 42.32 million US dollars.
Thus, the total signing value until October 22, 2022 was recorded at 1.87 billion US dollars.
Didi expressed his appreciation for the trade representatives who helped facilitate the signing.
"I am optimistic, the confidence and enthusiasm of foreign business actors in Indonesia is directly proportional to the theme of the 37th TEI Strengthening Global Tradefor Stronger Recovery," said Didi.
