Aniya One Family Male In Cilegon Died By The Crowd
CILEGON Residents of Pasir Kemuning Village, Banjarsari Village, Anyer District, Serang Regency, Banten were suddenly excited to learn that a man with the initials SS (40) assaulted his wife, KH (35) using a knife.
Things got out of control when SS was blindly using a knife. Two people, TN (43) and DA (25), KH's brother, returned to being victims while trying to break up the commotion.
The case, which started with a household problem between SS and KH (a husband and wife couple), irritated residents and killed SS at the scene, Saturday night, October 22, at around 19.00 WIB.
Cilegon Police Chief AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro said, in this case there were 2 cases. The first is persecution that resulted in injuries to others, and the second is beatings that resulted in the death of another person.
"It is true that there was persecution that resulted in injuries and one death," said Eko in a written statement, Monday, October 24.
According to reports, KH (35) suffered injuries to his body due to knife slashes by SS, his husband. Meanwhile, the brother-in-law of the perpetrator of the TN suffered injuries, and the brother-in-law of the perpetrator DA (25) also suffered injuries from knife slashes.
According to witness SI (16) testimony, at that time he was lying in the middle room, then heard KH's voice asking for help from the kitchen direction. After that, SI left the house asking for help from TN and DA. The two victims (TN and DA) immediately went into the house to help KH (35) who was being persecuted by SS," explained Eko.
Not staying silent, SI ran to the side of the house (TKP) to ask ST for help. At the same time there was ST's husband, namely GN, who then ran to the victim's house.
The noise made the congregation in the mosque come to the scene with other worshipers. When residents entered the crime scene, it was found that the victim was covered in blood. Residents who were annoyed immediately made arrests to the beating of SS.
AKBP Eko has not disclosed the motive for the abuse of the perpetrator against the victim KH. Because until now the victims have not been able to provide information because they are in medical treatment at Anyer Health Center. Meanwhile, the perpetrator has died after experiencing violence by several residents.
"The motive in this incident was allegedly due to residents' frustration with SS's actions, as perpetrators of violence against his wife and family," he said.
"We have examined the witnesses in the incident and the evidence that was secured in the form of 1 knife and knife sarong with a length of approximately 10 centimeters, plastic rope, clothes, a pillowcase, 3 pieces of blankets, prayer mukena, cloth carrying it," Eko concluded.
