"Take Note! Population Archives Services In Depok City Are Free And Fast," Said Imam Budi For 1 Day

DEPOK - Deputy Mayor of Depok, Imam Budi Hartono emphasized that population services in this city must be easy, free, and fast. The work time that has been announced, 1 day is over.

With technology, said Imam Budi Hartono, it is possible to do this.

"This must be used by the service or regional apparatus (PD) in accelerating services," said Imam Budi in Depok, Friday.

Imam Budi appreciated the programs and activities by the Depok City Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) related to population services.

He emphasized that services in the local city government must be fast and make it easier for residents.

Disdukcapil opens the Gebyar of Disdukcapil Services at the District Level throughout Depok City (Gladis Tiktok) with the Prima Population and Civil Registration Service Unit (Sanpel De Prima).

With all these facilities, according to Imam Budi, it will make residents feel at home and comfortable living in Depok.

"What is more important is that when technology is used properly, an integrity zone (ZI) will be formed towards corruption-free areas (WBK) and areas of the bureaucracy are clean and serve (WBBM)," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of Depok Disdukcapil Nuraeni Widayatti added that the Tiktok Gladis on Thursday (20/10) starts from 14.00 to 17.00 WIB and on Saturday (22/10) at 08.30 15.00 WIB.

Through this program, he said, people can make child identity cards (KIA), birth certificates, and death certificates within a day.

"Untuk mengakses layanan Gladis Tiktok, warga terlebih dahulu mendaftar secara online melalui link https://s.id/Gladis-Tiktok," tuturnya.

He explained that Sanpel De Prima is the place where all population documents are made at the Tapos District Office, such as family cards (KK), ID cards, KIA, birth certificates, and death certificates.

"So, the dukcapil service in the kelurahan is all withdrawn to the sub-district. Currently, it is only in Tapos District. However, next year there will be similar services in each sub-district throughout Depok City," he said.
