Tezos Help Manchester United Enter The Web3 World For Sales Of Merchandise And Digital Collection
JAKARTA- The Premier League giant club, Manchester United, has confirmed its partnership with blockchain company Tezos as an official training kit and technology partner.

The previous Manchester United sponsorship agreement with Aon ended last January. Now Tezos paid 33% above the previous deal of 27 million US dollars per year. The majority of global sports brands are experimenting with blockchain-centric technology and Web3 and new ways to connect sports clubs with fans.
Manchester United wants to build a fan ecosystem that is expected to be based on the concept of the metaverse on the Tezos blockchain to offer fans a personalized experience, with platforms planning to use the original Tezos token.

Tezos, blockchain proof-of-stake, has joined the growing list of blockchain companies that are the main sponsors of sports clubs. Tezos has also signed a sponsorship agreement with Formula 1 McLaren Racing and Major League layoff New York Mets.
