Develop Diagnostic Services, Kimia Farma Cooperating With A Malaysian Company
JAKARTA - PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk collaborated with Malaysia's Premier Pathology Coast company Sdn. Bhd developed diagnostic services.
Kimia Farma and Premier Pathology Beach have agreed on providing assistance and technical knowledge support for the development of diagnostic laboratory services, so that the implementation of this collaboration, Kimia Farma can improve the quality and services of her laboratory.
Kimia Farma President Director David Utama said the company always strives to provide easy access to health services to the public through pharmacy networks, health clinics, and diagnostic laboratories spread across Indonesia.
"Currently Kimia Farma has 72 diagnostic laboratories. Kimia Farma is taking steps to develop laboratory services towards international standards in collaboration with Premier Pathology Beach Sdn. Bhd," said David, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, October 19.
The cooperation between the two companies also agreed on a human resource development program (HR) through training and development activities to improve human resource competence, where to support the plan a transfer or exchange of knowledge and technology is held.
With the exchange of knowledge and technology, the issuer coded KAEF shares hopes to increase and expand the reach of knowledge in the HR aspect and service quality.
Premier Pathology Beach Chief Executive Officer Mohd Hareeff Muhammed said his party was honored to be working with Kimia Farma to transform care and improve health for the Indonesian people.
"Being one of the providers of comprehensive diagnostic services in Malaysia and part of the IHH Laboratory, we (Demier Pathology Beach) hope to share knowledge and expertise with Kimia Farma and improve diagnostic services in Indonesia," said Hareeff.
Kimia Farma and Premier Pathology Beach are determined by the signing of the memorandum of understanding, there will be increased service excellence, maximum improvement in HR skills, and technology so that Kimia Farma can become the best provider in Indonesia.
