When Anies-AHY A Shirt With A Bareng Paloh, Syaikhu, JK And SBY, PKS: Strengthening The 2024 Election Coalition Plan

Chairman of NasDem Surya Paloh, Chairman of Democrats Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and PKS President Ahmad Syaikhu, were recorded on a table at the wedding ceremony of the second child of the Chairman of the PKS Syuro Council, Salim Segaf Al Jufri.

Tak hanya itu, dalam mejak yang sama duduk juga Ketua Majelis Tinggai Demokrat Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), politikus senior Partai Golkar Jusuf Kalla dan eks Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan.

Chairman of the PKS DPP for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Muzzammil Yusuf, said the meeting of the elite political parties was an effort to build communication intensely to strengthen the coalition to welcome the 2024 General Election.

"God willing, it will strengthen in the future," said Muzzammil to reporters, Monday, October 17.

Muzammil also asked for his blessing so that the three political parties could realize the coalition for 2024 well and smoothly.

"Just pray for the best coalition to produce. Hopefully PKS can form a coalition to bring about changes towards the nation's improvement," he said.

Previously, the NasDem Party said that the exploration of the coalition with PKS and the Democratic Party had so far reached 90 percent. Meanwhile, 10 percent only need to take care of technical matters. However, the party created by Surya Paloh still has not confirmed when the coalition will be declared. "With PKS and Democrats, that's 90 percent," said Deputy Secretary General of the NasDem Party, Hermawi Taslim, Monday, October 17.

According to him, there have been progress in the coalition agreement process between NasDem, PKS and Democrats. The three, said Taslim, have formed a team to start discussions together regarding the announcement of the coalition.

"The three of them have met, their hearts have met. The point is we declare the president first and then we will discuss the others again," said Taslim.

He emphasized that PPP DIY applies non-transactional principles both to carry out legislative candidates and when candidates collect support from voters.

"There is no dowry and I set an example for the community. My six terms as a member of the legislature have never given a party dowry and have never given money to voters. If there is a testimonial, choose me because I gave money, I resign," he said.

Therefore, he said, the spirit of avoiding money politics in gaining votes would be instilled for potential PPP candidates. "This means that 'cost politics' (political costs) is important but if I don't want money politics," he said.

Yazid claims that the public's interest in registering for legislative candidates from PPP DIY is quite high as evidenced by the fulfillment of seat quotas for several electoral districts in this area.

"It's quite high. In Kulon Progo there is one electoral district that is full, then in Sleman there are several electoral districts that are full. But we don't close, when it's full, there will be a selection," he said.
