Inspector General Teddy Minahasa Has Officially Become A Suspect In The Circulation Of Drugs
JAKARTA - Inspector General Teddy Minahasa has been officially named a suspect on suspicion of controlling the circulation of 5 kilograms of methamphetamine. This was conveyed by the Director of Drugs at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Mukti Juharsa.
"TM has been designated as a suspect this afternoon," Mukti told reporters at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Friday, October 14.
Mukti said that the methamphetamine type of narcotics was obtained by Teddy Minahasa from the West Sumatra (West Sumatra) region.

Mukti said, from the 5 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine owned by Teddy, his party only found 3.3 kilograms. The reason is, Teddy has broken down the 5 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine to be sold to another suspect with the initials DG.
"Where we have secured 3.3 kg and 1.7 kg of crystal methamphetamine which has been sold by the DG sound that we have detained and circulated in Kampung Bahari," he said.
In addition to the sanction of dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) from the National Police, Inspector General Teddy Minahasa was also charged with the Narcotics Law.
"Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 55 of Law Number 35 of 2009 with the threat of a maximum sentence of death and a minimum sentence of 20 years in prison," he concluded.
