ISESS: The National Police Must Check Ferdy Sambo On The Black Book Consortium 303

Police observer from the Institute for Security and Strategic Studies (ISESS) Bambang Rukminto asked the National Police to examine Ferdy Sambo regarding the 303 online gambling consortium. Moreover, there is Ferdy Sambo's black book and it is suspected that it contains notes or data that are now in the spotlight.

"It must also be examined (Ferdy Sambo about the consortium 303, ed). The chart is not Sambo as the executor. Not only Sambo, but also the names involved in the chart," Bambang told reporters, Thursday, October 13.

It is believed that a thorough investigation into the 303 online gambling consortium can be carried out. The reason is that the National Police has competent and quality investigators.

However, in this case the problem is only the will to resolve it. Because, it is often constrained psychologically because there are mutual hostages of interest.

"This can be solved if there is sovereignty and a firm attitude from the National Police Chief as the head of the National Police," he said.

According to Bambang, if the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo does not take a firm stance in this matter, then the implementation in the field will be hampered.

"Moreover, there is no guarantee of safety, especially their careers from the National Police Chief. Therefore, again this depends on the police chief's firm stance. The National Police Chief must sing ngarso tuladha, in front of being a role model, leading the efforts to resolve cases 303 themselves," said Bambang.

Originally, Ferdy Sambo's black book was now in the spotlight. The book was brought by the former Head of the Propam Division during the second phase of the delegation process at the Attorney General's Office (AGO).

Meanwhile, the online gambling consortium 303 began circulating after Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect in the murder case of Brigadier J and detained.

In fact, there was also a 303 consortium chart that included the name of the National Police's Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Komjen Agus Andrianto, and the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi.

Not only that, but there is also a collection of mining consortiums that returned to Kabareskrim, Komjen Agus Andrianto, together with the former East Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Herry R Nahak.

Ferdy Sambo's lawyer, Arman Hanis, who was mentioned earlier, said that the black book his client was holding was not a Bible as was widely discussed on social media. However, the book is a note.

"The book is Pak FS's notebook," said Arman.

According to him, each defendant did have a notebook. However, regarding the contents of the black book, he did not know for sure whether it contained notes for the trial or special data related to the issue of names circulating so far in the 303 consortium chart or mafia mines in the National Police.

"I don't know the contents, I don't know for sure. But we are focusing on the substance of the case at this time," said Arman.
