JAKARTA - Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri took the time to send greetings to his former player, Gonzalo Higuain, who decided to retire at the end of the MLS season.

This was done by Allegri at the end of the Juventus press conference session ahead of the match against Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday night. Allegri felt the need to convey greetings because they had worked together at Juventus.

Realizing that El Pipita had announced the news of hanging up her boots, Allegri hopes that Higuain will always be in good luck no matter how he goes after this. The former coach also thanked Higuain for being a phenomenal figure who has decorated the football stage for years.

As for the preparation of his team in the third match of Group H of the Champions League at the Allianz Stadium, Turin, Allegri, ensure that there will be rotations to maintain the fitness of all the players.

"There will be some changes compared to the match against Bologna," Allegri said.
