Sesmilpres Calls President Jokowi Already Signs The Dismissal Letter Of Ferdy Sambo
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo has signed a letter to dismiss former head of the Professional and Security Division of the National Police Ferdy Sambo. This was conveyed by the Secretary of the Presidential Military (Sesmillpres) Rear Admiral TNI Hersan."(The letter) has been signed and has been sent to the ASDM (Human Resources Assistant) of the National Police, thank you," said Hersan in Jakarta, Antara, Friday, September 30.Ferdy Sambo has been fired through a session of the PPolri Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) which will be held on August 25 and 26, 2022. Although Ferdy Sambo has appealed the dismissal decision, his appeals were also rejected through the trial on September 19, 2022.After being officially fired, the National Police carried out an administrative process on the file for the dismissal of Ferdy Sambo at the Police HR Division and then forwarded him to the Sesmillpres.The National Police has also scheduled the delegation of phase II of the premeditated murder of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat and obstruction of justice, which ensnared Ferdy Sambo and his friends as suspects, along with evidence on Monday, August 3 at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.For this delegation, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin from Sidoarjo, East Java, hoped that the trial would run quickly."Indeed, the community is waiting, so that the trial can be accelerated, prepared. Don't take too long. Why has it been said by the public for so long? If everything is ready, it will be tried immediately," said Ma'ruf Amin.The delegation of phase II to the prosecutor's office is in accordance with the results of coordination with the public prosecutor (JPU) who immediately transferred the case to the court for trial.There are a total of 12 suspects in these two cases, namely the premeditated murder case of Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code with five suspects, namely Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richardtur, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candrawati.Meanwhile, regarding the case of obstructing the investigation or obstruction of justice, there are seven suspects who are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 223 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.The seven suspects are Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, AKBP Arif Rahman Arifin, and AKP Irfan Widyanto.
