If It Is Proven That You Beat Lesty Kejora, Rizky Billar Is Threatened With 5 Years' Imprisonment
JAKARTA - Acting Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKP Nurma Dewi said that if Rizky Billar was proven to have committed violence against his wife, Lesti Kejora, then he would face up to five years in prison.
"The threat in this case is a maximum of 5 years," said AKP Nurma Dewi to reporters, Friday, September 30.
Nurma explained that to determine whether or not they were suspected, her party had to conduct an examination of the complainant and the reported party. What's more, it is strengthened by other evidence and witnesses.
"This statement clarifies the case. We can determine something for people, suspects or not suspects (Rizky Billar)," he concluded.
Lesti Kejora experienced allegations of domestic violence at his residence in Cilandak, South Jakarta, Wednesday, September 28, at 01.51 WIB.
Initially, the singer from Bandung found out that her husband had an affair. The dispute ensued until finally Lesti chose to return to her parents' house.
When the victim asked to go home, Rizky got emotional until he finally pushed the victim and slammed the 23-year-old woman to the bed.
For this incident, Lesti finally reported to the South Jakarta Metro Police with a police report numbered LP/B/2348/IX/2022/SPKT/South Jakarta Metro Police. The report was filed on Wednesday, September 28.
It is known that Rizky Billar was threatened with snares from the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence with the suspicion of Article 44 of Law No. 23 of 2004.
