Bareskrim Not Find Evidence Of Consortium 303 Behind Ferdy Sambo And Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan

JAKARTA - The National Police Headquarters has opened its voice regarding the issue of Konsorium 303 which dragged the names of the former Head of the Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo and former Karo Paminal Divpropam Polri Brigadier General Pol Hendra Kurniawan.

The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Nurul Azizah, explained that from the results of the temporary investigation, there were no facts and indications of their involvement in the gambling circle.

"The consortium has been asked to the Criminal Investigation Department while the results are not available," he told reporters, Thursday, September 29.

The consortium issue began to be heard after Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect in the murder case of Brigadier J.

At that time a catalog appeared showing the flow of gambling group funds to several police generals, one of which was Ferdy Sambo.

Meanwhile, the alleged involvement of Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan in Konsorium 303 emerged after being called Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) using a private jet to fly to the family's house of Brigadier J in Jambi.

The one-star police general is suspected of using a private jet belonging to one of the gambling bosses, Robert Prianto Binosusatya alias Bong, to explain to Brigadier J's family in Jambi at the beginning of the death case of Ferdy Sambo's aide.

According to the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, this allegation is one of the examination materials carried out by the special team (Timsus) formed by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit and the Profession Development and Supervision Team (Wabprof) of the National Police Divpropam.

"Private jet Hendra Kurniawan is part of the special team material, yes, then from the Wabprof," said Dedi.

Meanwhile, Robert Priantono Bonosusatya has denied allegations of his involvement behind the use of the private jet. He said the private plane that Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan allegedly used to go to Jambi did not belong to him.

"That's not true, there is no (owned private jet ownership, ed)," said Robert.
