JAKARTA - The National Police plans to transfer the second stage of files or transfer Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawathi, and other suspects in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J next week. Provided, the case file has been declared complete this week.

The Attorney General's Office is still examining the completeness of the case file for the premeditated murder case against Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J and the obstruction of justice. Later the results of the examination will be submitted this week.
"(The completeness of the file was submitted, ed) Thursday afternoon," said the Head of the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Semedana.
The time for submitting the results of the examination of the case file that ensnared Ferdy Sambo as a suspect refers to the time limit.
The research prosecutor team has 14 days or ends on September 29 to decide whether or not the case files of the two cases are complete.

In this case, five people were named as suspects. They are Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawathi, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Bharada Richard main, and Strong Ma'ruf.
They are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code. Thus, they face the death penalty or 20 years in prison.
