Bank Mandiri's Efforts To Develop Human Resources To Receive A Muri Award

Bank Mandiri Director of Compliance and HR Agus Dwi Handaya said the achievement was obtained thanks to the implementation of Mandiri Learning Carnivals (MLC) which involved 60,000 participants from 12 company work areas.
"The Independent Learning Carnivals also presents more than 207 facilitators and experts in various fields who provide lessons to participants," he said in a press statement on Friday, September 23.
According to Agus, the role of keynote speakers and facilitators is also expected to create winning culture in the mentality of the participants so that they are highly competitive.
"For this reason, Mandiri Learning Carnivals was named by Muri as the Banking Training Program to the Most Employees in Three Months," he said.
For information, MLC is a series of trainings for Bank Mandiri employees that have been going on since 2020. Meanwhile, the agenda in this activity includes classroom learning sessions, speech titles, and digital delivery of materials.
Some of the participants who took part included Bank Mandiri Commissioner Arif Budimanta, Susi Pudjiastuti, Ignasius Jonan, Nadine Chandrawinata, Alexandra Asmosoebrata, Christian Sugiono and dozens of other figures.
