Police Arrest The Perpetrators Suspected Of Being The Perpetrators Of The Stabbing In Bintaro South Jakarta

JAKARTA - The police arrested the perpetrators of the stabbing of a young man with the initials EYW (26).

This was said directly by the Head of the Pesangkataran Police, Kompol Nazirwan. To note, the incident occurred on Jalan Bunga Lili, Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 4.

"Yes, that's right (It has been secured-ed)," Nazirwan said when confirmed, Thursday, September 22.

Nazirwan said the perpetrators were arrested at night by a joint team from the Polda Metro Jaya and the Pesanggrahan Police.

When asked more clearly about the number of perpetrators and the arrest process, he was reluctant to mention it. Because it is still under investigation.

"Yes, last night, we combined with Polda Metro Jaya. Now it's still being investigated," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the violence was caught on surveillance cameras or CCTV. In the video, the victim is seen being chased by two men until he falls. The perpetrator then slashed the victim brutally.

The stabbing incident was triggered by EYW's personal problems with AB when the two were still in a relationship. EYW feels that his lover has vilified himself to other people.

"Yes, so he (AB) used to badmouth me to people. Ah, the EYW is black, ugly, all kinds of things," said EYW when confirmed, Wednesday, September 21.

Annoyed by AB, EYW intended to provide photos and videos showing AB with a number of men to the parents of the alleged perpetrator. He admitted that the victim got the photo and video from AB's e-mail which was given voluntarily while still dating.

"I said, 'you don't mess around, your disgrace is with me. I can just report it to your parents, here are your videos that are not with the boys," said EYW.

After that, AB invited EYW to meet with the aim of solving the problem. The two then met at the victim's friend's house in Bintaro.

During the meeting, AB asked EYW to delete the photos and videos that were previously about to be reported to the parents of the alleged perpetrator.

"He asked for the video to be deleted, I also have an initiative to delete the video in front of him, right," said the victim.

However, two unidentified people (OTK) suddenly came and attacked the victim. One perpetrator brandished a sharp weapon in the form of a machete, while the other carried a hammer.

"I ran away, fell, was stabbed right. That one seems to be carrying a hammer, the same one carrying a machete. It happened quickly," said EYW.

The victim's colleague with the initials K tried to help. However, K was hit by the machete of the perpetrator.

"If I have the same three stitches on my little finger. If my friend has 14 stitches on the forehead, it's split to the top. So the inside and outside are sewn," said EYW.

After the stabbing, the two victims were immediately taken to the nearest hospital for treatment. The victim has also reported the stabbing incident to the Pesanggrahan Police.

"The police who came directly to the hospital to ask questions, we are the victims. We are already in the BAP too," he concluded.
