Complete Files, Evidence And Suspects Of Premeditated Murder 2 Farmers In Aceh Delegated To The Kejari
ACEH - Investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Aceh Police have handed over suspects and evidence of the alleged murder of two farmers to the public prosecutor of the Aceh Besar District Attorney.The delegation of cases along with the suspect and evidence took place at the Aceh Besar District Attorney's Office in Jantho, Aceh Besar District today. The surrender of the suspect was escorted by the fully armed police.The alleged murder case involved seven suspects, namely the initials AW alias Toke Wir, F alias Bang Chek, MY, N, T alias Abu Midi, D, and Z.Previously, two residents of Aceh Besar, Ridwan (38) and Maimun (38) were shooting victims when they returned from their garden in Aneuk Glee Village, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar District, Thursday, May 12, 2022 night.Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the Aceh Police Kombes Ade Harianto said the delegation of cases and suspects and the evidence was a second stage of the legal process."With this delegation or phase two, police investigators have completed the filing of the alleged murder of two residents in Indrapuri, Aceh Besar District, May 2022," he said as quoted by Antara.Meanwhile, Head of the Intelligence Section of the Aceh Besar Kejari, Deddi Maryadi, said that his party had received the case files along with the suspect and evidence."There are six case files with seven suspects. They consist of one file of two suspects and one file for each suspect," he said.While the evidence that was handed over consisted of a number of bullet casings, a block, four packs of biscuits, backpacks, socks, cell phones and others."However, we did not receive any evidence of firearms. In the file, it was stated that the fire weapon was long-barreled and was rushed by a person with the initials MB, a resident of Aceh Besar. Now, MB is on the wanted list or DPO," said Dedi Maryadi.Furthermore, the public prosecutor prepared the indictment and transferred it to the Jantho District Court, Aceh Besar District. Meanwhile, the seven suspects were placed in the Jantho Class IIB Penitentiary.The perpetrators are subject to violating Article 340 in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the I in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder with a maximum threat of the death penalty. As well as Article 353 in conjunction with Article 55 in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code concerning severe persecution, causing death."The articles charged to the defendants are different because their roles are not the same. Some of the suspects are charged with premeditated murder and there is also a murder article," said Deddi Maryadi.
