Policefill The Finding Of A Man's Remains In The Mokevart River Channel, West Jakarta
JAKARTA - The police are investigating the discovery of a male corpse in the Kali Mokevart area, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Wednesday, September 14.
"We will examine and identify the bodies," said Cengkareng Police Chief, Kompol Ardhie Demastyo in Jakarta, Thursday, September 15.
Ardhie said the discovery of the body began when one of the witnesses was sitting on the edge of Mokevart River, Cengkareng at 17.00 WIB.
Suddenly, the witness saw a corpse floating in a prone position. Suddenly the witness was shocked and immediately called the local residents.
The witness immediately moved the body to the outskirts of the river. After that, the witness immediately reported the findings to the police for further treatment.
Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the police did not find any injuries of abuse all over their bodies.
"There were no signs of abuse on the bodies. Then the bodies were sent to the RSCM for autopsy purposes," said Ardhie.
However, Ardhie suspects this mysterious man has been dead since a day ago. This is due to the physical condition of the corpse that is starting to swell.
Until now, Ardhie is still examining several witnesses for further investigation.
