Anies's Subordinates Are Evaluated Because Of The Rizieq Crowd, Are They Removed?
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is conducting an evaluation of the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government who were caught facilitating a series of FPI leaders, Muhammad Rizieq Shihab, who ended up in a crowd.
In fact, there is a chance that Anies will remove the ranks of the head of the regional work unit (SKPD) involved in addressing the crowd in the Petamburan area.
"We are evaluating among our internals. Our weaknesses, our weaknesses, we will evaluate, we will fix them," said DKI Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, November 24.
However, Riza was reluctant to mention what SKPD ranks received evaluation from Anies. Riza also said that none of his ranks had been removed. However, all evaluation results will be submitted by Anies.
"It's not that far. So we are still conducting an evaluation, so in due time the results will be conveyed by the Governor," he said.
The Gerindra Party politician continued, Anies also discussed the matter of evaluating the handling of COVID-19 cases in DKI over the last few weeks.
"Basically, we have evaluated many things. Regarding the evaluation of the increase in cases in Jakarta, we are doing an evaluation," said Riza.
As is known, Rizieq Shihab's return to Indonesia caused a large crowd of his followers. Health protocol violations are inevitable.
During the Prophet's birthday and marriage which was held by Rizieq on Saturday, September 14, the government could not do anything to give tough action such as dissolution.
As a result, several ranks from the DKI Provincial Government have facilitated this activity. The DKI Environmental Agency provides portable toilets. The Department of Transportation permitted the closure of the KS Tubun road. Then, even Satpol PP did not take action to dismiss it.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Central Jakarta, the Head of Tanah Abang Sub-District, and the Head of Petamburan Village were only limited to giving an appeal for FPI and Rizieq as event organizers to comply with health protocols.
As a result of this crowd, the central government has evaluated its ranks first. The National Police Chief, General Idham Aziz, removed the Head of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Insp. Gen. Nana Sudjana and the West Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Rudi Sufahradi.
Then, the Ministry of Religion removed Sukana from his position as Head of the Tanah Abang Religious Affairs Office (KUA). Currently, Sukana has been transferred to become a leader in the Central Jakarta area.
Sukana was transferred based on the results of the investigation by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Religion. As the Head of KUA Tanah Abang, Sukana was considered to have ignored the provisions related to health protocols when carrying out the task of recording the marriage of Muhammad Irfan Alaydrus and Syarifah Najwa Shihab.
