JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani dilaporkan Shandy Purnamasari dalam nomor LP 0159/III/2022 Bareskrim tanggal 31 Maret 2022. Kasus ini berawal dari status Instagram Nikita Mirzani yang beberapa waktu lalu menyerang pribadi Shandy Purnamasari.

In this report also stated that Gilang Widya Pramana alias Juragan 99, Shandy Purnamasari's husband, was a victim of an alleged defamation case.

"Based on the report of the Police number LP 0159/III/2022 Bareskrim dated March 31, 2022 related to the criminal act of defamation with the reporter on behalf of SP and witnesses on behalf of GWP and SM," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Nurul Azizah to reporters, Wednesday, September 7.

Nikita was reported by Shandy for uploading it on Instagram.

"It is known that the owner of the Instagram account @nikitamirzanimawardi_172 several times posted news containing defamation of the victims GWP and SP during the period 11 to 26 March 2022," continued Nurul Azizah.

Nurul Azizah also explained the evidence included in the report. The evidence is in the form of a flash drive containing screenshots of posts and videos from the owner and user of the Instagram account on behalf of @nikitamirzanimawardi_172.

There is also evidence in the form of a bundle of contract resignations as a reseller.

"Evidence of a flash drive containing screenshots of posts and videos from the owner and user of the Instagram account on behalf of @nikitamirzanimawardi_172," explained Nurul Azizah.

"One bundle of Instagram posts on behalf of such a name is above 1 bundle of contract resignation as a reseller. The alleged article," he continued.

In connection with this report, Nikita Mirzani was charged with several articles. "Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions. Article 45 Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 27 Paragraph 3 carries a maximum prison sentence of 4 years and a maximum fine of 750 million," said Nurul Azizah.

"Article 51 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 36 carries a maximum prison sentence of 12 years and a maximum fine of 12 billion," added Nurul Azizah.

"Then Article 310 of the Criminal Code carries a maximum prison sentence of 9 months and a maximum fine of Rp. 4,500 and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 4 years in prison," he concluded.
