JAKARTA - The trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) against former Head of A Ropaminal Division of the National Police Propam Division, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, has been completed. A total of 13 of the 14 witnesses have been examined in the ethics trial.
"13 people have been examined. One has not been present, Kombes Irfan Rofik," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasertyo when confirmed, Wednesday, September 7.
Then, there were also witnesses who were not presented directly in the courtroom so that they were examined online via zoom. He is Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan.
The one-star general is known to be undergoing witness placement in a special place (patsus) Mako Brimob Polri.
"Brigjen Hendra Kurniawan, secara virtual zoom," kata Dedi.
Regarding the results of the trial, Dedi did not explain in detail. He only said he would convey it in detail in the near future.
Kombes Agus Nurpatria is one of seven suspects in the obstruction of justice. In this case, he played a role in damaging CCTV in the vicinity of the Irjen Ferdy Sambo residential house in Duren Tiga.
In this case, he is suspected of violating Article 13 paragraph 1 of Government Regulation (PP) Number 1 of 2003 concerning the Dismissal of Police Members in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter C, Article 8 letter C number 1 Article 10 paragraph 1 letter T and Article 10 paragraph 1 letter F of Police Regulation (Perpol) Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
Then, of the other six suspected obstructions of justice, two of them have been sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH). They are Kompol Chuck Putranto and Kompol Baiquni Wibowo.
