The Fate Of Kombes Agus Nurpatra The 'Child' Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Is Determined Via 14 Witnesses

JAKARTA - Former Head of the National Police's Propam Division, Kombes Agus Nurpata, will undergo a trial of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) following the obstruction of justice behind the murder case of Brigadier J. In the trial, there will be 14 witnesses who will determine their fate as members of the National Police.

"Today, 14 witnesses will also hear the testimony of alleged violators on behalf of the ANP KBP (Kombes Agung Nurpatta, ed)," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Dedi Prasetyo, to reporters, Tuesday, September 6.

Dozens of witnesses will determine the fate of Kombes Agus Nurpatria, among others, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, AKBP Ridwan Soplanit, Kompol Chuck Putranto, and Kompol Baiquni Wibowo.

Then, there are several other witnesses who will also provide information in the ethics trial. They include, Kompol HP, Kompol IR, AKP RS, AKP IW, AKP IF, Iptu JA, Iptu HP, Aiptu SA, and Brigadier MSH.

The KKEP trial, continued Dedi, will be chaired by Wairwasum Inspector General Tornagogo Sihombing. The trial is said to have been going on since 10.10 WIB.

"This will later be tested by the commission judge and also dig up the statements of the witnesses, as well as the evidence presented by the prosecutor at the police code of ethics trial," said Dedi.

Kombes Agus Nurpatria is one of seven suspects in the obstruction of justice. In that case, he played a role in damaging CCTV around the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in Duren Tiga.

Then, of the other six suspected obstructions of justice, two of them have been sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH). They are Kompol Chuck Putranto and Kompol Baiquni Wibowo.
