In running a business, especially financial management (prudent investment), Sequis always applies the precautionary principle," said Sequis Life Operation Director Wong Chung Chiat in an official statement, Monday, September 5.
Chung Chiat also mentioned that as a company licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Sequis always urges his customers to do two things, namely utilizing the Free Look Period when they receive a policy and keeping the policy active by paying premiums regularly.
In addition, he reminded customers' obligations to understand the contents of policies related to their rights and obligations, coverage of protection and exceptions, benefits to be received, amount of premiums to be paid, insurance costs, including claims.
"Customers who have received policies should take advantage of the time given by insurance companies for 14 days to learn insurance policies," he added.
He also reminded customers to ensure that their insurance policies remain active because there are possibilities that make premium payments delayed or customers forget to pay premiums.
