Undetained Even Though He Is A Suspect, This Is The Claim Of Putri Chandrawathi's Side

JAKARTA - The attorney for Putri Chandrawathi, Arman Hanis, claims that investigators have granted the request for a suspension of detention submitted by her client. So, Putri is not behind bars even though she is a suspect in the murder case of Brigadier J.

"Alhamdulillah, investigators are considering humanitarian matters. So the investigators grant (the application for a suspension of detention, ed)," said Arman to reporters, Thursday, September 1.

According to him, there are several reasons attached to the application for a suspension. One of them Putri is said to have children who are still 1.5 years old.

For some of these humanitarian reasons, Arman claimed that investigators had granted it. So, Putri also does not need to undergo temporary detention.

"Women Putri still has small children and Mother Princess is still in an unstable condition, so we submitted an application not to be detained against the Mother Princess," he said.

However, there are conditions that must be met by Putri. He is said to have to undergo mandatory reporting.

However, it did not specify how long the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo had to undergo the mandatory reporting process.

"But it is given mandatory to report twice a week," said Arman.

For information, Putri Chandrawathi has been investigated as a suspect. The examination lasted about 11 hours.

Because, he is said to have started giving information at around 13.00 WIB and ended at 00.00 WIB.

During the examination process, Putri was confronted with other suspects regarding the Magelang and Saguling events.

Putri Candrawati is one of five suspects. In this case, she is suspected of Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
