Ahead Of The Reconstruction Of Brigadier J's Murder, Brimob Jaga Rumah Singgah Ferdy Sambo In Duren Tiga

JAKARTA - The special team (Timsus) of the National Police will hold a reconstruction of the murder case of Brigadier J in two locations, to be precise, private houses and the stop of the former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

According to VOI monitoring, a number of police personnel have been on standby at the Ferdy Sambo stop house at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

A member of the Brimob Police was seen wearing a green striped uniform with a long-barreled weapon standing guard right in front of the entrance to Sambo's stop house.

There are at least four Brimob loreng members on standby. Two on the right side of the house, and the rest on the left.

Previously, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, said that the first location for the reconstruction was Ferdy Sambo's private house, which is Jalan Saguling, Mining Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

"(Reconstruction, red) Saguling first," said Dedi.

The purpose of the reconstruction is to further create a bright spot for the series from beginning to the end of the murder case of Brigadier J.

Dalam proses rekonstruksi nanti akan melibatkan pihak eksternal. Dengan begitu, seluruh penanganan kasus Brigadier J akan transparan.

"A reconstruction will be carried out at the Duren Tiga TKP by presenting all suspects 5 people," said Dedi.

For information, in the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J, the National Police Timsus named Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a suspect. In fact, he is called the mastermind behind it.

Then there are four other suspects, namely, Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candawathi, the wife of Ferdy Sambo as a suspect.

They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.

Then, specifically for Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, the Police Code of Ethics Commission trial process has been carried out. As a result, the former Head of the Propam Division was found guilty and sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH).
