Komnas HAM Directly Monitors The Reconstruction Of Brigadier J's Murder At The Duren Tiga Police Complex
JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) has confirmed that it will directly monitor the reconstruction process for the murder of Joshua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.
Reconstruction will be carried out at the shelter of former Head of Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta on Tuesday, August 30.
"Tomorrow we will monitor the reconstruction carried out by Polri friends," said Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara when confirmed, Monday, August 29.
Beka said Komnas HAM would continue to coordinate with the National Police to make light of the case of the death of Brigadier J. Previously, the Special Team (Timsus) of the National Police scheduled reconstruction related to the murder case of Brigadier J which will be held at the crime scene (TKP) on Tuesday, August 30.
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said the reconstruction would present 5 suspects in the case.
"The second information from the Director of General Crimes (Brigjen Andi Rian) is that a reconstruction will be carried out on Tuesday, August 30 at the Duren Tiga TKP by presenting all the suspects," said Dedi at the National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Friday, August 26, evening.
The five suspects are Ferdy Sambo and the wife of Putri Candawathi, Bharada Richard target, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.
Dedi said the suspects would also be accompanied by their lawyers during the reconstruction.
"In addition to presenting 5 suspects who were also accompanied by lawyers, later together to witness the reconstruction were the Public Prosecutor (Public Prosecutor)," said Dedi.
