Sony's PlayStation VR2 Headset To Release In Early 2023, Company Confirms
JAKARTA - Sony took to Twitter and Instagram recently to confirm that Sony's PlayStation VR2 Headset will be coming soon in early 2023.
Since the first announcement until the last few months, Sony has revealed little by little the features that will be obtained by those of you who own about its VR2 headset later.

Although at the time, Sony hadn't said when the headset would be released, but now you have at least a timeline for when you'll get Sony hardware.
However, the company still hasn't announced the price it will charge for the device. However, Sony promises a lot of high-end capabilities for its VR2 headset, such as a display with 4K resolution that can run at 90 or 120Hz.
Apart from that, Sony also brings several improvements such as foveated rendering, higher resolution, haptic feedback in the headset, expanded field of view, new Sense controller, and much more.
Sony has also announced a lineup of 20 major games that will be available at the same time as launch. Titles include games set in the Horizon and Walking Dead universes, as well as VR versions of No Man's Sky and Resident Evil Village.
The PlayStation VR2 headset will use tracking similar to Quest 2, where the camera on the headset itself is responsible for motion tracking. This means that PS VR2 will also let you see your surroundings while you are wearing the headset.
Sony also says that the PlayStation 5 will let you broadcast yourself playing VR games, though you'll need to have a PlayStation HD camera connected.
Latest information, the Swedish high-tech company that develops and sells products for eye tracking and attention computing, Tobii announced that the technology will be present in the PlayStation VR2.
Tobii CEO Anand Srivasta said that millions of PlayStation VR2 (PS VR2) users will experience the power of eye tracking in immersive Virtual Reality (VR).
