Kabareskrim Says Putri Participated In Murder Scenario Designed By Ferdy Sambo

JAKARTA - The Head of the National Police's Criminal Investigation and Investigation Agency (Kabareskrim) Komjen Pol. Agus Andrianto revealed the role of Putri Candrawati, one of the suspects in the murder of Brigadier J, because she was involved in the scenario developed by her husband, Ferdy Sambo.

"Following the scenario developed by FS," Agung said when confirmed in Jakarta, Saturday, August 20.

The three-star general said that the statements of the witnesses and the available evidence (investigation facts) became the basis for investigators to designate Putri as a suspect along with her husband, Inspector General of Police. Freddy Sambo.

From the facts of the investigation, he said, Putri was recorded on a CCTV camera at the scene of the case, both before, shortly, and after the shooting of Brigadier J.

"(Putri) was on the third floor when Ricky and Richard were asked if they could shoot the late Josua," Agus said, as quoted by Antara.

Putri is also suspected of taking her to Duren Tiga with suspect RE, suspect RR, suspect KM, and victim Brigadier J. "Together with FS when promising money to RE, RR, and KM," he said.

Previously, investigators from the special police team named Putri Candrawati as a suspect in the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

She and her husband, Inspector General of Police. Ferdy Sambo, as well as three other suspects, Bharada Richard Eliezer (Bharada E), Brigadier Chief Ricky Rizal (Bripka RR) and Strong Ma'aruf were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code, which carries the death penalty.

After being named a suspect, investigators have not immediately detained Putri on the grounds of illness and asked for permission for 7 days.

The sick certificate was issued a day before investigators conducted a case to determine the suspect on Thursday, August 18.

In this case, as many as 83 Polri personnel were also investigated for allegedly violating unprofessional procedures in handling the Duren Tiga crime scene. Of these, 35 people were recommended for special placement (patsus).

Of the 35 people, as many as 18 people have been subjected to special investigations, three of whom have been named as suspects, namely Ferdy Sambo, Richard Eliezer, and Ricky Rizal.

Of the 15 people who carried out the Patsus, six of them were strongly suspected of being involved in a criminal act of obstructing the investigation of the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J.

The six people, namely Inspector General Pol. Ferdy Sambo (suspect 340), Brigadier General Pol. Hendra Kurniawan (former Karo Paminal Div Propam Polri), Kombes Pol. Agus Nurpatria (former Kaden A Biropaminal Div Propam Polri), AKBP Arif Rahman Arifin (former Deputy Kaden B Biropaminal Div Propam), Kompol Baiqui Wibowo (former PS Head of Subdivision of Unethical Riksa Bag Roabprof Div Propam Polri), and Commissioner Chuck Putranto (former PS. Head of Sub-section for Auditing the Unethical Bag, Robab (prof. Div Propam Polri).
