Miss Candrawati's Traces On CCTV: In Saguling, Security Post And Inspector General Sambos Official House

JAKARTA - The traces of Putri Candrawati are recorded on CCTV evidence that has been missing so far. There are several CCTV points that were obtained by the Special Police Team to clearly reveal the murder of Brigadier J.

This was conveyed by the Director of General Crimes at the Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi during a press conference at the National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Friday, August 19. The CCTV obtained by Timsus was obtained from several points.

The first was at a private house located on Jalan Saguling III, Duren Tiga, Jakarta, before the shooting of Brigadier J. Then at the official residence of Inspector General Sambo, the location of the shooting of Brigadier J, still in the same area of Dure Tiga and finally at the Security Post.

Andi said his party had examined Putri three times. However, during the fourth examination, a sick letter was given by the doctor and recommended that Putri rest for seven days because her health condition did not allow it.

Without further ado, Timsus immediately carried out a case title until finally establishing Putri as a suspect. "Without the presence of the investigator concerned, the investigator has a strong title, and based on two sufficient pieces of evidence, CCTV in Saguling and near the TKP (Inspector General Sambo's official residence) and obtained from the DVR (CCTV) at the Security Post,"

"This is (CCTV evidence) which is vircumstantial evidence or indirect evidence which is an indication that PC (Princess Candrawathi) was at the location from Saguling to Duren Tiga and carried out activities to plan the murder of Joshua," said Andi.

The one-star general added that the total number of witnesses examined by Timsus was 52 people, including DNA, ballistics, forensics and digital analysis experts and Inafis.

Putri Candrawathi is charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code on premeditated murder, which is a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code on intentional murder in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code. The same article applies to her husband, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

So far, five people have been named suspects in the case of Brigadier J's murder. Lastly, Timsus named Putri Candrawati after going through a case title and two sufficient pieces of evidence. Although already a suspect, Putri has not been detained by investigators.

While the other four suspects are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada E, Brigadier RR and KM.

"Furthermore, we convey the case files of the four previous suspects, FS, RR, RE, and KM, today we will hand them over to the prosecutor's office or stage one," he explained during a press conference at the National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Friday, August 19.
