Hanin Dhiya Invites Troubled Fans To Congregate Through Songs

JAKARTA - Hanin Dhiya has released a new original single entitled "Sempat". This song is a single that describes The New Hanin Dhiya in 2022. Hanin takes inspiration from personal stories and the surrounding environment which are taken from her own diary.

The song had been co-composed by Hanin Dhiya, Marco Steffiano, Joshua Kunze, Adrian Rahmat Purwantu and Jessilardus Mate. SEEK was lined up to be the song production team. SEEK itself has track records working with Raisa and Mahalini.

In writing the song Hanin with producer SEEK they took Korean song references. As a result, he said again, the nuances of Korean songs were also heard at Sempat.

“Written during songwriting and one of the references for Korean songs. Let's just go looking for the notation and chords, it turns out that the song is a bit Korean-Korean," he said.

Not only does the song sound 'dark' and the meaning is confused, this song also has artwork and visualizer that are packaged in dark with images of roses and the dominant color is purple.

“The love story in this song was bittersweet, and ended up having to accept the situation by letting him go, destroying the feelings we had so that we too could return to being fine. The roses and purples seem to illustrate that the highest level of love is to give up, for the common good," said Hanin.
