Putri Candrawathi Wife Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Never Apologizes, Lawyer Brigadier J Meets Criminal Investigation Department Asks To Be Suspect
JAKARTA - The family lawyer, Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, has urged the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police to immediately identify Putri Candrawathi as a suspect in premeditated murder.
The request was the aftermath of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's wife, who never apologized even though she had been given the opportunity.
"I ask the main police officers to immediately make them a suspect," said Brigadier J's family lawyer, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak to reporters at the National Police Headquarters, Tuesday, August 16.
In his request, Kamaruddin said he had submitted it directly to the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto and the Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi.
The request for the determination of the suspect also uses the basis of the police report (LP) that was made earlier at the beginning of the rolling case of Brigadier J's murder.
"Yes, it has been reported earlier. It means that she (Princess) is not a suspect," he said.
The plan is, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak will still make a new report that directly refers to Putri Candrawati.
However, reporting it takes time because it must get power of attorney directly from the family.
"I'll do it again later, there must be a power of attorney. I have to go to Jambi first, to report other actions, but in the murder case I ask him to be a suspect," said Kamaruddin.
Previously, Kamaruddin said he would report Putri Candrawati for alleged false reports and spreading false information about acts of harassment.
However, behind the plan to report Putri Candrawathi, Kamaruddin is still waiting for Putri's goodwill to apologize. His party gave a deadline until, Monday, August 15 evening.
"That's why I gave Putri a time limit until midnight, she must apologize," said Kamaruddin, Monday, August 15.
