"Yes, it has increased from five people to six people, the victim died is male, previously the victim had received medical assistance at the Cianjur Hospital, along with three other victims who were seriously injured," he said in Cianjur, quoted from Antara, Sunday, August 14.

Doni continued, his party was still collecting data on the victims of the accident in Bangshadow Village, Gekbrong District, West Java. Because the identity cards of most of the victims who were evacuated have not been found by officers.

Meanwhile, regarding the exact cause of the accident, he added, his party is still conducting an investigation and immediately coordinating with the West Java Police Traffic Directorate. However, it is suspected that the brakes failed because the brake marks were not found at the scene.

"As a result of the accident, six people died, three others are still undergoing treatment at the Cianjur Hospital. The evacuation process has been carried out and the Cianjur-Sukabumi main route can be passed normally," he said.
