Good News, Bakamla Builds Flats For Service Personnel In Batam
BATAM - The Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla) built 60 units of flats for personnel serving in Batam, Riau Islands (Kepri).
The start of the construction was marked by the laying of the first stone by the Head of the West Maritime Zone Kamla Office, Laksma Bakamla Hadi Pranoto.
"Today we are both witnesses of the history of the early construction of the Indonesian Bakamla flats. Hopefully this will be useful for the development of the West Maritime Zone Kamla Office," said Laksma Hadi Pranoto at the opening of the groundbreaking activity on Setokok Island, Barelang, Batam, reported by ANTARA, Saturday. , August 13th.
The apartment to be built will be type 36 with facilities of two rooms, one kitchen, and one bathroom.
The construction of the flats is the result of collaboration between the Indonesian Bakamla and the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of ATR/BPN and BP Batam.
"We are very grateful because so far every coordination has always received a good response so that the development program for the RI Bakamla in the West Maritime Zone runs smoothly," he said.
Hadi Pranoto said that his party also thanked the Batam community leaders who had provided support for the construction of the Indonesian Bakamla flats.
By providing adequate housing in the form of flats for Bakamla personnel, according to him, they can make a real contribution to the productivity of soldiers on duty.
"We hope that later this flat will be useful for Bakamla personnel in supporting the main task of guarding the maritime sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia," he emphasized.
