JAKARTA - More and more police have to be dragged into the murder case at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. There have been 16 police officers detained in special places suspected of having committed violations or unprofessionalism when handling the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J.
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, explained that there were 4 additional mid-level officers from the Polda Metro Jaya who were officially detained in a special place. Their ranks are 3 AKBP and 1 Kompol.
The four people added to the carriage of 12 police officers who had previously been detained.
"The results of the examination and the title last night, it was determined that 4 PMJ pamens (3 Akbp and 1 Kompol) would carry out Special Specialties at the Provost Bureau of the National Police Headquarters," said Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to VOI, Saturday, August 13.
In detail, 6 people were detained in a special place at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters and 10 others at the Provost Police Headquarters.
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters has officially stopped two police reports (LP) against Brigadier J. In the first LP, the alleged sexual harassment of Sambo's wife, Putri Candrawathi. While the second LP is an attempted murder of Putri.
The National Police stated that there were no sexual harassment attempts by Brigadier Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J against the wife of the former Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
