Lawyer Brigadier J Alleged Adultery Was The Motive For Murder, Police Response: Later In Court
JAKARTA - The National Police stated that the motive behind the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J will be presented in the trial process. Including the existence of allegations of adultery or infidelity which became the basis for Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to compose a murder scenario as stated by lawyer Brigadier J.
"(The motive for the affair) will be in court later," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Praserto to reporters, Thursday, August 11.
This allegation was revealed by Brigadier J's family lawyer, Kamaruddin. He said the motive for the murder was because Brigadier J kept the secret of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. There are at least two secrets, namely about women and the dark business.
"Allegations of adultery and or related to women are like that," said Kamaruddin.
Even the secret about adultery, called Kamaruddin, has been conveyed to Putri Chandrawathi or the wife of Ferdy Sambo. Because the lawyer called it a commotion between the husband and wife.
"It is suspected that the deceased told the mother (Princess, ed) because this daughter's mother is considered like her mother, right," he said.
As for other secrets, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is said to have a dark business. Kamaruddin said from the information he got, the two-star general was involved in illegal businesses such as gambling.
With that motive, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, called Kamaruddin's lawyer, killed Brigadier J by involving Bharada RE, Brigadier RR, and Strong Maruf.
"There is a business, there is a management of illicit goods, alcohol, gambling and so on. Indeed, I have this information," said Kamaruddin.
