It Turns Out That An Open BO Woman Who Was Found Dead In A Hotel Room In The Senen Area, Died In A Rope By The Perpetrators
JAKARTA - The Senen Police Criminal Investigation Unit held a reconstruction of the murder case of a teenage girl with the initials AF (18) in Room No. 505 5th floor, Hotel Laura, Jalan Kramat Raya, Kramat Village, Senen District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, August 9.
The reconstruction was carried out by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Senen Police with the Central Jakarta Metro Police Inafis Team with 54 re-enacted scenes.
Based on the chronology of the scene reconstruction, it is known that the suspect with the initials HR (23) did intend to steal the victim's valuables. The suspect is a resident of Bogor, West Java.
To launch his intention, the perpetrator took a piece of rope he found at a coffee shop in the Senen area. The rope is then stored in the bag.
"In the second scene, the suspect is in the vicinity of the Senen area, Central Jakarta. When he finished eating at a coffee shop, the suspect found a piece of rope which was then stored in a sling bag," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Senen Police AKP Ganang Agung to VOI at the crime scene (TKP). ), Tuesday, August 9, afternoon.
The first scene was shot when the HR suspect came to the Laura Hotel on Jalan Kramat Raya, Kramat Village, Senen District.
Then the suspect HR entered the hotel and checked in. After completing the administration, the suspect placed an order to the victim AF.
"According to the perpetrator's statement, the victim was paid Rp. 500 thousand for 2 hours," he said.
AKP Ganang again explained, after the victim came to the hotel room, the suspect started trying to find an opportunity to steal the victim's belongings, who was in the room at that time. So, continued Ganang, when the victim was caught off guard, the suspect took his belongings.
Furthermore, the suspect's act of opening the bag was known by the victim. Due to panic, the victim's neck was snared using the rope he had brought earlier. Instantly the victim died.
"He (the suspect) was BO first, when the victim was careless, his belongings were taken. The perpetrator is unemployed," he said.
As a result of his actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 related to premeditated murder with threats of 20 years in prison up to the death penalty.
Previously, a teenage girl with the initials AF (18) was found horribly dead in Laura's hotel room, 5th floor, room number 505, Jalan Kramat Raya, Senen, Central Jakarta on Monday, July 25.
The suspect with the initials HR (23) was arrested at Palmerah Station when he was about to flee to Parung, Bogor.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin said AF was arrested within 4 hours after the victim was found dead.
"After killing the victim, the perpetrator fled. But we managed to catch him at the station," said Kombes Komarudin to VOI, Monday, July 25, at around 23.00 WIB.
