Convinced That Brigadier J's Murder Case Is Completed At The Police Level, Mahfud MD: Come On, We'll Control The Court!
JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD is confident that the legal construction of the murder case of Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J will be completed at the police level.
In fact, Mahfud said that there would be a third suspect in this case which the National Police would announce today, Tuesday, August 9.
"The legal construction of Brigadier J's murder will be completed at the police level (God willing). The suspect will be announced today," Mahfud said in a tweet on the Twitter account @mohmahfudmd, Tuesday, August 9.
He believes that the police will not cover up the shooting of Brigadier J. Mahfud from the beginning believed that the police would thoroughly investigate to the best of their ability.
Moreover, the police are considered great in carrying out their duties. At least, there are various cases in the country that the police are able to solve, ranging from beatings in small alleys to mutilation.
So, he has confidence that Brigadier J's case will be completed soon. "For a long time I have had the impression that our Police are great in their investigations and investigations. The mutilation case where the bodies have been scattered in various cities can be dismantled. Remember the Ryan case?" said the former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK).
"Similarly, in the case of Brigadier J's murder from the start, I believe it can be revealed as long as we are escorting the perpetrators from the gang's mines. Because the locus delicti is clearly in a building, the victim is also clear, the people who are there are also clear," continued Mahfud.
Mahfud invites all people to oversee this case to completion. In fact, he asked the public to keep their eyes open until this case is brought to trial.

In this case, the National Police team has named two suspects. They were Richard Eliezir Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E and Brigadier Ricky Rizal.
Then, in this case the National Police Chief has also taken firm steps. The Special Inspectorate Team (irsus) formed has examined 25 Polri personnel regarding allegations of unprofessionalism in handling the case of Brigadier J's death that occurred at Inspector General Fedy Sambo's halfway house.
Of the dozens of personnel, three of them are one-star generals. Then, four of them have also been sent to a special place (patsus).
Most recently, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was also secured to the Mobile Brigade Headquarters Kelapa Dua, Depok. He was indicated to be involved in a series of cases involving the murder of Brigadier J.
