Manny Pacquiao's Son Says His Father Can Win Against Ugás Despite Almost 44 Years Old
JAKARTA - Manny Pacquiao's son, Jimuel, thinks his father can still win if he tries to return to boxing, despite being almost 44 years old.
When Jimuel Pacquiao was asked about the outcome of a possible rematch between his father and Yordenis Ugás, he had a definite answer.
"He had problems with his feet, during this training camp I saw him too because I have followed him all the time. I think if he gets a very, very good camp, of course he can beat Ugas," he was quoted as saying by Marca, Friday.
Pacquiao lost to Yordenis Ugás in Las Vegas on August 21, 2021 in what was his comeback to the ring. However, Ugas' speed and strength saw him take home the win by unanimous decision.
PacMan returns to the ring against Youtuber
Pacquiao will return to the ring in an exhibition bout against Korean Youtube star and combat sports coach DK Yoo.
This eight-round exhibition bout is held to raise money for charity and is on the same page as his son Jimuel's fight.
