Timsus Is Still Busy Examining Report Files So The Reason For Not Examining Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's Wife, Putri Candrawati
JAKARTA - The wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, has not yet been questioned about the special team (timsus) formed by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. The reason is that the investigative team is still examining the case file that was delegated by the Polda Metro Jaya.
"Investigators are still examining the completeness of the case files transferred from the Polda Metro Jaya," said Polri's Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Komjen Agus Ardianto, when confirmed, Friday, August 5.
Examining the transfer file is a must. The goal is to determine the next steps in handling cases.
Originally, Putri Candrawati had made a report on the alleged sexual harassment with Brigadier J.
Agus continued, later investigators will ask a special team to audit the results of the investigations that have been carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya and Polres Metro South Jakarta.
"It is possible that investigators will ask for an audit by the team for progress," said Agus.
In handling this series of cases, the Timsus and the Special Inspectorate (irsus) have conducted an investigation.
Bharada E was also named a suspect and charged with Article 338 in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.
In addition, irsus has also examined 25 police personnel. They were asked for information regarding the alleged unprofessionalism in handling the case of Brigadier J's death. In fact, of the dozens of personnel, three of them were one-star generals or Brigadier General.
