Timsus Polri Tepis Bharada E Self Defense Behind Brigadier J .'s Death

JAKARTA - The special team (timsus) of the National Police has named Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E as the suspect behind Brigadier J's death. In that case, the police are calling Bharada E not self-defense.

"So it's not self-defense," said the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Andi Rian when confirmed, Wednesday, August 3.

In that case, the investigator applied Article 388 of the Criminal Code related to murder. This article clearly refutes previous information which stated that Bharada E only responded to Brigadier J's fire.

In addition, Bareskrim is also targeting other parties suspected of being involved. Bareskrim included Article 55 of the Criminal Code and Article 56 of the Criminal Code in the case of the murder of Brigadier J.

"Inspection or investigation does not stop here, it is still developing," said Andi.

Bharada E was named a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Bharada E will be detained at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police. But the detention will be carried out after Bharada E is examined as a suspect.
