Indra Kenz Will Be Tried August 12, 2022

TANGERANG - Indra Kenz or Indra Kusuma, the defendant in the Binomo binary option trading fraud case, will be tried at the Tangerang District Court, Friday, August 12.

"Yes, it is true that the first trial (Indra Kenz) will be on August 12, 2022," said Public Relations of the Tangerang District Court, Arif Budi Cahyono, when confirmed by VOI, August 3.

Arif explained that this inaugural trial was scheduled to read the indictment regarding the case that ensnared Indra Kenz.

Furthermore, he admitted that he did not know more about Indra Kenz whether or not he would be presented in the first trial.

"We don't know yet, it depends on the Prosecutor (Public Prosecutor-ed). If you want to be presented, that's okay," he said.

On that occasion, he explained that the inaugural trial would be chaired by the chairman of the panel of judges, Rachman Rajaguguk. Meanwhile, the member judges are Luki Rombot and Henky Henry.

For information, the Attorney General's Office has received the delegation of responsibility for the suspect and evidence of the alleged Binary Option investment fraud case through the Binomo application with the suspect Indra Kenz, then the public prosecutor prepares an indictment.

"The JPU team at the Junior Attorney General for General Crimes (Jampidum) and the JPU Team at the South Tangerang District Attorney will immediately prepare an indictment to complete the delegation of case files for suspect IK to the Tangerang District Court," said the Head of the Attorney General's Office for Legal Information (Kapuspenkum) Ketut Sumedana. quoted by Antara, Friday, June 24.

This morning at around 09.00 WIB, the Jampidum of the Attorney General's Office and the Public Prosecutor's Team of the South Tangerang District Attorney examined the delegation of responsibility for suspect Indra Kenz along with evidence from the investigators of the Special Economic Crimes Directorate (Dittipideksus) of the Indonesian National Police.

This Phase II delegation came after the research prosecutor stated that the Binomo binary options investment fraud case file for the suspect Indra Kenz was complete, materially and formally or P-21.
