The National Police Team Starts To Examine Witnesses Around Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's Shelter House

JAKARTA - The special team (timsus) of the National Police examined witnesses who were around Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's halfway house. This examination is to thoroughly investigate the bloody incident that killed Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

"The examination of witnesses at the crime scene (TKP)," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Wednesday, August 3.

However, it did not specify the number of witnesses from around the scene who would be questioned.

So far, Dedi has only conveyed that the team of investigators from the Timsus also asked for expert testimony. Now, the expert who is being asked for his opinion on this series of cases is a criminologist.

"There is also an expert witness from a chrominologist who is also being questioned," said Dedi.

On previous occasions, the Timsus had asked experts for information. They include Labfor experts, Inafis, and forensic doctors.

Then, investigators also had time to examine the PCR officer and the driver, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

"The Smart Co Lab officer who carried out the PCR and the IJP FS driver (Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, ed) on the day of the incident," said Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Andi Rian.

In an effort to investigate this case, the Police have carried out several investigative steps. One of them is the process of exhumation and re-autopsy of the body of Brigadier J.

A re-autopsy was carried out because there was a request from the family who believed there was an element of premeditated murder behind the case.

The autopsy process on Brigadier J's body was carried out at the Sungai Bahar Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Muaro Jambi some time ago.

In addition, the National Police team has also carried out a ballistic test at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's halfway house at the National Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

The goal, to ensure the angle and range of fire. Then, ascertain the number of shots that occurred behind the bloody incident.
