Brigadier J's Death Case, Komnas HAM Pockets PCR Swab Test Results At Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's House
JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) said it received additional evidence in the form of the results of a PCR swab test conducted at the private home of the inactive Propam Head of Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo regarding the death of Brigadier J.
"This means that the results of the PCR were carried out at the house with the address at Jalan Saguling," said Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara in Jakarta as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 1.
This was conveyed by Beka after Komnas HAM examined one aide or aid de camp (ADC) and household assistant Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo.
The second inspection began at around 10.00 WIB and only finished around 17.15 WIB.
Initially, Komnas HAM will also check or dig up information from health workers who carry out PCR swab tests at the private residence of Inspector General of Police Ferdy Sambo, which is located on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.
However, said Beka, the health workers who carried out the PCR swab test did not meet the invitation or schedule for examination by Komnas HAM.
After examining the aide and household assistant, Komnas HAM continued to obtain important information so that the investigation into Brigadier J's death showed significant evidence.
"Why is it significant? Because it complements the information given by other aides last week," said Beka.
As additional information, Ferdy Sambo's aide who was examined by Komnas HAM earlier today was unable to attend. Initially, Komnas HAM scheduled an examination of seven aides, but only six came, one of them was Bharada E.
In addition to obtaining additional evidence from the results of the PCR swab test, Komnas HAM also obtained other important information, especially regarding the time frame carried out by the examined party.
On the agenda for examining the aide and household assistant of the inactive Head of the Propam Police Division, Ferdy Sambo, the Head of the Public Information Bureau (Karopenmas) of the National Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, also appeared to be present.
He admitted that he came to Komnas HAM to accompany the two people being questioned by Komnas HAM regarding the death of Brigadier J.
